What is the Mindful Self Compassion course?
Mindful Self Compassion (MSC) is an empirically supported program developed to enhance the skill of self compassion. (More information about MSC worldwide can be found on the Center for Mindful Self Compassion website which can be found here: https://centerformsc.org/) .
